Your Coaching Director
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that we’re all capable of more than we think. Whether it’s in sport or in life, growth happens when we listen to ourselves, adapt to the challenges, and keep moving forward with purpose. My goal is to help every athlete discover that potential and to enjoy the journey, embrace the hard work, and find pride in every step toward becoming their best self.
For us, coaching isn’t just about reaching the finish line, it’s about everything you learn, overcome, and become along the way.
Our approach is built on three simple but powerful pillars: Listening, Adapting, and Achieving.

Our coaching philosophy.
We start by listening and really getting to know you as an athlete and as a person. What drives you? What challenges you? What do you want to get out of your sport? Once we understand that, we adapt, because no two athletes are the same.
We shape your training and mindset around your unique strengths, goals, and circumstances. And then, we achieve, not just results, but growth, confidence, and resilience that last far beyond the race or event.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to help you enjoy the journey, embrace the process, and achieve your personal best.
Experience & Qualifications
For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping athletes go from learning to swim their first freestyle strokes to crossing the finish line at their first Ironman. Watching that journey the growth, the grit, and the moments of self-belief is what makes coaching so rewarding for me.
